If there are several components which have different frequecy requirement, how to define the target impedance?
Well if you have several different max frequency requirements, your board will have to support them all. So you have to pick the highest. Same goes for impedance requirements, but obviously you have to pick the lowest impedance requirement you have on the board.
What is difference between signal integrity and power integrity?
Well SI has to do with maintaining the integrity of the signals, whereas PI has to do with insuring power supply is adequate/of sufficient quality.
do you think about
1. inductance of vias, package and numbers of vias;
2. can you add SER, ESL of capacitors with different packages.
3. how about resonant if using different capacitor value.
