The QTY parameter of the input panel sets the number of the specific type of capacitors. Each capacitor type is described by the 3 parameters CAP, ESR, and ESL in the same row.

The circuit simulated will have QTY capacitors of this type in parallel.

If you set QTY to zero, that row is not used for the simulation and is ignored by the optimizer as well.
